Terms Of Services

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, booking pages, communications and services of Fullbook, a business name of Fullbook Pty Ltd (ABN 28 702 691 923) (“Fullbook”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This includes thefullbook.com and book.thefullbook.com.

By using our websites, booking a call, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

1. Our services

Fullbook provides marketing, advertising, lead-generation, appointment-setting and AI-powered patient-acquisition services to businesses, including dental and cosmetic practices. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees and any performance guarantees for a client are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal or order form (the “Client Agreement”).

If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement wins.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Booking calls

When you book a call through our website, you agree to give accurate information. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation message or by contacting us. Booking a call does not create any obligation to buy our services.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are listed in your Client Agreement or invoice and are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, such as Airwallex. By paying, you also agree to the processor’s terms.

Unless your Client Agreement says otherwise, fees are due in advance. Recurring fees renew on the schedule in your Client Agreement until cancelled under its terms.

You authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge your chosen payment method for agreed fees.

Late or failed payments may lead to services being paused until payment is received.

5. Refunds, cancellations and guarantees

Refunds, cancellations and any performance guarantee are governed only by your Client Agreement. Unless your Client Agreement states otherwise, fees for services already performed and advertising spend already used are non-refundable.

If you have a billing concern, contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our websites or services means you accept the updated Terms.
